3.15L Liquid Nitrogen Dewar - Liquid Nitrogen Tank Container LN2 Dewar with Straps
We offer a 3.15 L Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Dewar Tank that can store your LN2. The tank is designed using Dewar technology; insulating process involving a vacuum between two interior walls. Our tank is made of aircraft grade aluminum. It comes with 6 canisters attached to straws for storing specimens inside the container. The container also comes with an insulated padded cover with straps which helps reduce LN2 loss and makes transporting easy. This Dewars tank is portable and lightweight, weighing approx. 7.5 lbs. empty (about 13 lbs. full) making it convenient to handle in any situation you may be in. 


Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) is a widely used element in our world today. LN2 has a broad spectrum of applications from storage to culinary delights. Since LN2 has the ability to maintain temperatures far below the freezing point of water, storing items such as organs, semen and biological fluids is made simple. For educational purposes, LN2 is used for experiments in schools. Bartenders have been known to use Liquid Nitrogen when making cocktails to give them a steamy, scary appearance. Best of all, LN2 is used in the process of making delectable ice cream.

Note: These tanks are shipped empty. Customers will need to obtain their own Liquid Nitrogen. Liquid Nitrogen is extremely cold and if it touches your skin, you will be burned. Please consider buying Cryogenic Protective Gloves which are offered on our website.
